Important Update Notes

QUICK Verifications

The maximum validity term for verifications is about to expire

What is the 'maximum validity term? For security reasons, QUICK verification tokens can expire automatically after a certain time, regardless of whether they are still actively in use or not. What happens after the validity term has expired? In order to continue using QUICK after this time, the affected client of the user must be reactivated by the administrator (see Activate QUICK Access). When will the verification tokens expire? This depends on when your users first used QUICK. The QUICK functionality was introduced into the product on 24.06.2019. Which next steps are available? In order to increase the maximum validity term for QUICK verifications you are able to set the validity term during the Post Update or even deactivate the validity term completely by deselecting the option Enable 'maximum validity term'. When necessary you are able to set the value after the Post Update in the menu Verification.
