When the user is launching Outlook, an exception with the following contents may be thrown:

Cause:

This issue occurs when the personalized UserConfig located in %appdata%\befine Solutions AG\Cryptshare for Outlook V2\CS4OutlookUserConfig.xml is non-valid XML. This is the case if its contents is empty or truncated.

Solution:

This issue has been resolved with the latest version of Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook
