CKB:Shared mailbox is not recognized by the Add in

Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook up to version 2.6.2


When starting Outlook and using the Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook Add-in, one or more shared mailboxes are not recognized by the add-in. This can be seen when opening the Cryptshare for Outlook settings: not all shared mailboxes are visible.


According to Microsoft, the Outlook profile is corrupt. When inspecting the trace files one of following error code appear multiple times:

0x8004010F: Outlook data file cannot be accessed.

0x8004010F: The operation failed. An object could not be found.
