CKB:Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook does not recognize incoming verification email

Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook up to version 2.5.1

Symptom:

Cryptshare for Office 365 & Outlook does not recognize the incoming verification email.

Cause:

This might be caused by missing email headers in the verification email. The add-in is looking for the header cs-vericode; if it is not present, the verification step cannot be performed automatically. For example, Exchange Online 365 is known to purge email headers which are not prefixed with "X-"

Solution:

This issue has been resolved with the latest version of Cryptshare for Office 365 and Outlook
