This notification scheme should capture all error messages relevant to the email sender. These error messages can be delivered to the sender to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Example

The virus scanner on the Cryptshare WEB Server has detected a virus in one of the uploaded files.

Error report to	Select who should be notified in case of problems: Administrator Sender Administrator and Sender do not report
Email administrator	Select the administrator email address from the Domino directory. This field is only available if a selection has been made in the ‘Error message to’ field that provides for notification to the administrator.
Link zur E-Mail hinzufügen	If necessary, a document link to the CS4N email is added to the info mail. This allows the user/admin to reopen the email and make corrections if necessary.
Subject	Subject of the email. To make it easier for the recipient to identify the email, the placeholder {original e-mail subject} can be inserted in the subject line.
Email text	Der Text kann beliebig formatiert und mit Platzhaltern in geschweiften Klammern versehen  werden. Die Platzhalter werden von CS4N automatisch befüllt. Hierdurch ist eine Personalisierung des Zusatztextes möglich. erlaubte Platzhalter: {date created} = Date and time of message creation {name sender} = Sender's name {phone number sender} = Sender’s telephone number {email sender} = Sender's emaiö address {start time Cryptshare agent} = Start time of the Cryptshare Transfer Agent {cryptshare error message} = Error message returned by Cryptshare server {agent runtime escalation period} = Escalation time in minutes in case of time-out. {original e-mail subject} = Subject of the message to be transferred. {original e-mail distribution list} = List of recipients of the original email (without Blindcopyto) {original e-mail sendto distribution list} = Sendto list of the original email {original e-mail copyto distribution list} = Copyto list of the original email {original e-mail blindcopyto distribution list} = Blindcopyto list of the original email
