This function allows the Crypshare Smart Icon Konf Smart Icon.png and/or the INI entries to be rolled out to the defined user group.

Advantages:

• No changes to the email template are necessary.
• The SmartIcon can be installed in a selectable SmartIcon bar.
• Users have direct access to the ‘Cryptshare for Notes’ functionality.
• Users do not need to start the ‘Cryptshare for Notes’ application separately to send emails.

Disadvantage:

• SmartIcons are installed in the user's local Notes application. These are likely to be overwritten by any Notes client updates.
• Users must actively click on the SmartIcon to send a Cryptshare email.

Install in toolbar	In which toolbar in the Notes client should the Cryptshare for Notes smart icons be installed? There are three options to choose from: Cryptshare For Cryptshare for Notes & Domino, use the smart icon bar supplied by our company. Universal This Notes icon bar is permanently displayed in the Notes client and can also be rolled out via Notes policy. Edit Depending on the Notes client settings, this is only displayed in edit mode.
CS4N Smart-Icon update	Manual The user is guided through the icon update process in three steps. Automatic The update runs in the background and is available after the next Notes client start. Depending on the Notes system landscape, the version and the individual customisations of the client, problems may occur with individual clients! Typical problems include: duplication of CS4N icons, update failure. These problems do not occur with manual updates. Selectable by user The user can choose between the two options above (manual + automatic).
