In CS4N&D Transfer Manager, the current user can see which transfers they have sent, their status, which sending options were used, which files were attached, and which recipients downloaded the files.
The CS4N&D Transfer Manager can be accessed in the following ways:
- Via the Smart Icon

- Via integration in the email template with the action button ‘Cryptshare Transfer Manager in the memo mask’
and from the inbox view
- Via the CS4N&D email mask

After clicking on the Transfer Manager button, the following dialogue box opens:

The tabs can be used to select different views for displaying the transfers.
The following views are available: ‘By status’, ‘By recipient’ and ‘By send date’.
|
|
In the views, the symbols can be used to expand or collapse the selected view. Depending on the view selection, the transfers are displayed categorised. There are four statuses that a transfer can go through: ‘Transfer provided’, ‘Active transfer’, ‘Expired transfer’ and ‘Faulty transfer’. The background colour for the status statuses can be configured in the ‘General->Miscellaneous’ tab.
The status of the transfer is displayed in the ‘By Status’ view. In the example, 3 transfers are displayed that are available for download by the recipient (active transfer = green colour) and 132 transfers whose expiry date has passed (expired transfer = blue colour). These transfers can no longer be downloaded by the recipient and have been cleaned up by the CS WEB server in the meantime.

Detailed information about the selected (highlighted) transfer is displayed in the ‘Email Information’ and ‘Transfer Information’ sections.
|
|
The symbol is displayed in some lines. Clicking on this symbol displays detailed information about the respective line. For example, the complete recipient list, file attachments, any passwords used, etc. Clicking on the symbol closes the detailed view again.

If the transfer was sent from the user's personal mailbox and the original email still exists (hasn't been deleted), the button can be used to display the email. The button can be used to subsequently delete a transfer that has already been sent and made available to the recipient. However, this only applies to recipients who haven't yet completed the download. Revoking the transfer may be useful if, for example, it is subsequently discovered that corrupted files were sent in the email or that the recipient list was incorrect.
