It is possible to integrate Cryptshare for Notes into users' personal email inboxes. To do this, the email templates are adjusted so that the "Cryptshare for Notes & Domino" functionality can be used directly in the personal inbox. Integration into the personal inbox includes adjustments to the "Message," "Reply," and "Reply with Log and Attachments" forms, as well as to the "$Inbox" and "All" views.
Advantage:
The "Cryptshare for Notes" feature can be distributed via a central email template. Cryptshare emails can be sent directly from the email application. High user frequency of Cryptshare functionality. A Smart Icon is no longer required.
Disadvantage:
The email template requires adjustment.

| Create email template with the Cryptshare integration | Clicking the button  opens the email template dialog for creating template customizations. After completing the subsequent dialog, the desired email template is automatically customized. After the customization is successful, a message appears indicating where the new email template was saved and indicating that it may still need to be signed with a valid signature.
