To check the policy settings on the Cryptshare Server and to send the download confirmation messages, the Cryptshare Server requires the Internet Email Address of the sender. As a result, a valid Internet SMTP Email address in the corresponding field of the Person Document in the Domino Directory is mandatory for all CS4N users.
