For rule-based delivered emails, it is possible to suppress the info mail to the sender. To do this, the delivered email must contain a text field named ‘CS4N_UploadInfo’ with the value ‘1’.
Case study
According to the CS4N configuration, all senders of an email that is delivered based on rules should receive an info mail confirming that the email has been made available for download by the recipient. However, if the emails are sent automatically from an application, an info mail to the sender usually does not make sense. By setting the text field ‘CS4N_UploadInfo’ = ‘1’ within the email to be sent, the info mail to the sender can be suppressed in this case.
