General

Please read the chapter 'Activation of QUICK access' in the Cryptshare Server manual for details about the activation process, its purpose and how it works. The conditions, available activation options and workflows work in the same way in Outlook as they do on the Cryptshare Server User Interface.

Reasons for losing QUICK credentials

In contrast to the Cryptshare Server, the verification token for Outlook is stored in a verification file called `client.store` which is located in the Settings Directory of the user. The contents of this file are stored in an encrypted way and are bound to the user. QUICK credentials will be lost if the client.store file is deleted or corrupted.
