This file is located in the System Directory and contains all the add-in settings that were read from the server or made through the user interface, and stores them in the user profile of the user.
If the option "Allow Configuration Using Local File" in the Server-Side Configuration is disabled, any manual changes to this file will be overwritten by the settings set on the server. If the option is enabled, however, the individual Cryptshare for Outlook clients can be configured using settings in the CS4OutlookAdminConfig.xml and these settings will not be overwritten by server settings.
Thus, you have the possibility to configure the clients individually, but without giving the users the possibility to manipulate settings through the user interface.
