Titles for Transfer Manager and Attachment Manager are now translateable into different languages
Removed "Cryptshare" from some window titles
Exchanged Outlook icon withs Cryptshare icons in some dialogs
Sent emails from a delegated mailbox can now be stored in the sent items folder of the default mailbox (adjustable setting)
