LDAP Attribute Selection

Cryptshare needs to know which LDAP Attributes contain the users' SMTP email addresses that should be considered when evaluating Policy Rules.
This section provides a graphical interface for selecting these attributes.

Selecting Attributes

Select the attributes containing the set of email addresses Cryptshare should consider when performing policy checks. Depending on the configuration of your LDAP directory, one or many attributes may contain the full set of email addresses that your users work with. Your selection will automatically apply for all users in your directory.

Filter Settings

If your LDAP directory is very large, applying filter settings or changing display settings may help speed up response times.

LDAP Filters

By using LDAP filters according to RFC4515 you can decrease the size of the result set. This will speed up response times especially when navigating through a very large LDAP directory.

Sub-List size

If a root entry contains a large amount of children, the sub-list entries will be clustered. You can specify how many sub-list entries each cluster should contain.

Page Rows

If the result set of an LDAP query gets very large, the entries will be displayed across several pages so that only the displayed part of the result set must be reloaded when working in this view.
