Reduced Amount of Rules

> Rule-sets now don't need to be created for each email address/domain combination separately.

> What was 4 rules until now (One for each domain and pattern type) can now be reduced to 2 rules. Each new domain or email address can simply be added to these rules.

Easier editing of Policy Rules

> For adding, removing or changing an email address or domain in a policy rule, there is no need any longer to open up the configuration wizard and create a whole new rule set. 72320099.png

RegEx Validation

Syntax Errors
> If you want to write a policy rule using regular expressions, the validation mechanism in the new policy wizard will show you if your expression is correct.

Names instead of Positions

> Policy Rules used to have a position counter.

> Now, instead of the counter, policy rules can be given names, making it easier to identify and find certain policy rules.

Possibility to leave wizard in every step

> Until now, every step in the wizard needed to be passed in order to edit or create a policy rule.

> Now, the wizard can be closed in nearly every step. All other settings will be set to their defaults, respectively the setting they had when the wizard was opened.

Creating rules fast

> The possibility of creating rule-sets based on emails or domains has been removed.

> Instead, it is now possible to create a rule fast, which simply adds a new rule to the list of rules using default settings. The sender,- and recipient pattern can easily be added using the "Create Default Rule" mode.

Filter Search

> Finding a specific policy rule was a bit clumsy, especially when having many policy rules.

> A simple filter-search now allows it to find certain rules quickly by typing in the search-word and pressing enter. All matching rules will be listed.
